Standard Shipping (No Tracking)
$3.00, we provide a non tracking standard delivery option as we like to make the process of purchasing our jewellery and accessories more affordable. This form of postage is standard envelope mail. We are able to do this as our products are small and light weight. Please note a this service does not include tracking and delivery times can vary. Because shipping is not tracked if you choose this option Brookside is not liable for late delivery or product loss.
FREE for all orders over $89.00, $8.50 for all orders bellow $89.00 (allow 5-7 business days)
$11.50 for all orders (allow 2-3 business days)
Standard international shipping: $25.00 (allow 6+ business days)
Express international shipping: $38.00 (allow 3-5 business days)

Returns due to change of mind...
To organise a return please contact firstname.lastname@example.org referencing your order number to obtain a Return Authorisation number (#RA) within 14 days of your order being delivered. To organise a return for an item purchased from one of our stockists you must contact the stockist directly.
On full priced items Brookside The Label is happy to offer you an exchange or a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability at the time we receive your return.
On Sale items and full priced items that have been purchased with a promotion code with a discount of 30% or above these sales are final. Brookside The Label does not offer return: refund/exchange.
Returns must be organised and shipped back postmarked within 14 days of your order being delivered.
Item(s) must be in original condition, all packaging must be returned with the item.
Brookside does not cover the cost of return shipping. You may choose regular or express shipping methods. We suggest your return is trackable as we can only process returns on items that have been received.
Returns due to product fault...
For all purchases made via our online store/market events Brookside the Label will offer product repair/ replacement (dependent on the level of fault) for any items found to have minor faults up to 6 months after the item was purchased. For Products found to have major faults meaning - it is significantly different from the sample or description or it is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time, Brookside the Label will offer a full refund to your original payment method. Products with Major faults must be reported within three months of purchase. Upon request postage costs can be covered up to $15.00 for items that are faulty.
